IBM HR management wants to know why employees resign from their company.
Exploratory Data Analysis has been done to understand the attributes of the dataset.
The Target variable is an imbalanced dataset and predictors are analysed using plotly modules interactive graphs.
Data preprocessing has been done to get dummy variables for further prediction analysis.
